Questions about billing

Is there a transaction fee on top of my gateway's?
No. You pay your gateway's usual rate and the plan fee here — there is no percentage cut of your sales on top.
What happens if I go over my plan's order limit?
Nothing breaks and no order is refused. We get in touch about moving you to the plan that fits.
Can I cancel?
Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin whenever you like. Billing stops at the end of the current period, the Buy Now button disappears from your theme, and your orders remain in Shopify where they always were.
